conversation about oneness
recently I had a conversation about the nature of the universe and our place as human beings in it with a cousin of mine. She brought up very good points that I have been responding to. I would like to at this time state plainly what it is I am putting out there for debate or consideration. My thoughts were summed up quite well in an interview with one of the investigative journalist I have been following for some time. The interview was conducted by a new website called the unexplained that comes from the UK. What was compelling to me was the last sentence Linda Moulton Howe said in this interview. It's about an hour long I hope I can link to it on my blog this is the first time I'm doing this so bare with me if it doesn't work. In essence my point is this;
1) Anyone who believes were alone in the unverse has to be living under a rock.
2) That being that will some day show itself to us will have something to say about the universe
3) That being whatever it is must bow the knee to Jesus Christ
4) If we are not careful that which we may bow the knee to may not be our creator
I downloaded the interview hopefully you can hear it here. If you want fastforward to the end and hear for yourself what Linda said. I recommend of course you hear the whole inteview it sets the stage for her final point. As far as I'm aware she claims no religious affiliation. But her point is in fact religous. http://www.theunexplained.tv/listen.html
